Thanks! I find this part of that post really relevant for what I was trying to say here "genAI amplifies existing skill levels without touching quality. It magnifies the impact, for better or worse, of the user’s existing knowledge and abilities". Exactly that, I'm afraid that for the junior people it might only amplify their confusion =)
